How we handle the information you leave on this site, and the terms for using its content. In force from 01.06.2026.
Privacy policy
What we collect
When you send a quote request, subscribe to the market notes or apply for a job, we receive your name, work email, phone number, company name, country and whatever you type in. With an application we also receive your CV and any documents you attach.
How we use it
The information is used to answer your request, prepare quotations and documents, send the newsletter if you subscribed, and for recruitment. We do not use it for anything else without asking first. Personal data is processed under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
Sharing with third parties
To carry out a shipment, part of the information may go to the carrier, the freight forwarder, the independent laboratory and the authorities issuing documents. Only what that work requires is passed on. We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Commercial contact details are kept while the trading relationship lasts and for the document retention period the law requires. Applications are kept for up to 12 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Transfers outside Vietnam
Our buyers are in many countries, so commercial contact details and the documents for a lot may be sent outside Vietnam to perform the contract. Transfers happen only to the extent that lot requires. For buyers in the European Union, the transfer rests on the performance of a contract under the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent for the newsletter. Send the request to info@ansupply.com.vn and we reply within 30 days.
Terms of use
Content on this site
Specifications, HS codes, weights and indicative prices on this site are for reference. The final parameters, the HS code applied and the weight of a lot are fixed in the contract and the documents for that lot, under the export law in force at the time of shipment.
Third-party certificates
The system certificates shown on this site belong to the partner factories that carry out the processing; they are not held by An Supply. Valid originals are provided on request.
A quote request is not an offer
A quote request binds neither side. Obligations arise when both sides confirm the order in writing, with the delivery terms, deadlines and payment method.
Intellectual property
The content, images and documents on this site belong to An Supply. You may download and use them to assess a supplier; any other commercial use needs written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Both sides negotiate first. Failing agreement, disputes go to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City, or to the competent People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City. The sale contract for a given lot may name a different governing law and forum; where it does, the contract prevails.
