What to settle before you order
Bulk densityThis is the pricing figure for pepper. A few grams per litre change the price, so contract on the measured figure of the lot, not on a general grade.
Pesticide residuesSpices face the tightest residue screening of our six groups. Every lot carries a report against EU 396/2005 before shipment.
Microbiology and treatmentSome buyers require steam treatment to reduce microbial load. Tell us early: the work is done at the partner facility and affects the shipping schedule.
Certificates held by the processing partner
Certificates belong to the partner facility that cleans the lot, not to An Supply. A valid copy is sent on request.
