Six control points for every export lot
From selecting the growing area to stuffing the container, every lot passes six control points and leaves a matching record. A parameter out of limit keeps the lot out of the container.
The control process, step by step
Each step leaves its own recordIn-house testing, checked again outside
Physical parameters are tested the same day at the processing site. Before shipment, An Supply re-tests them; for food safety parameters, samples go to an accredited laboratory when the destination market requires it. Every market has its own list, so the table below is what An Supply can test; the list and the limits for each lot are fixed by contract.
| PARAMETER | TESTED BY | FREQUENCY |
|---|---|---|
| Moisture | Partner facility | Every lot |
| Foreign matter | Partner facility | Every lot |
| Size over screen | Partner facility | Every lot |
| Defects per sample | Partner facility | Every lot |
| Mycotoxins | Third party | By market |
| Pesticide residues | Third party | By market |
| Microbiology | Third party | By market |
| Heavy metals | Third party | On request |
What happens when a lot fails
Any lot can fall outside its limits. The three steps below describe how An Supply handles it.
