What to settle before you order
Crop and aromaNew crop winter-spring rice is noticeably more fragrant. Asian buyers often name the crop in the contract, so settle it before milling.
Broken rate5% and 10% differ in price and in how the rice cooks. Take a physical sample rather than contracting on the figure alone.
Milled to orderRice loses aroma in storage. The partner facility mills close to the shipping date, so the schedule follows milling, not warehouse stock.
